Jana is experimenting with 3D pens. Her plan is to add 3D pen activities to tabling events in order to engage kids and adults in a technology based art form.

Jana started her first year of service as a STEAM NM AmeriCorps VISTA on March 19, 2019 at The Paseo Project - Taos. Her role is to develop hands-on activities that combine art and technology and help to conduct outreach through social media. She also increases access to resources, provides outreach in the community to support public art and helps bring artists from all over the world to share and experience their art among the diverse community in northern New Mexico.

​Prior to joining the STEAM New Mexico AmeriCorps VISTA team, Jana worked in her community doing traditional adobe restoration.
